I saw Lizzie’s green peplum shirt at Anthro the other day. It was on clearance. It was a couple sizes too small. :(

This is an oxymoron. The storylines are already 100 times better without Jason Morgan, and especially without Steve Burton.

Darcy Compilation (Re-Uploaded)
Because I was a moron and accidentally deleted the original video from YouTube. Hooray! >_<
Watch as Lizzie says Darcy’s name! A lot!
This is all the LBD you need.

I really hope I’m right that the next Kickstarter project is Persuasion because ‘Anne Elliot’ has a twitter account and Hank Green follows ‘her’
I think since they’re doing Sanditon for the mini series, they need to really step out of Austen for the next project. Besides, the Anne Elliot twitter account is fan-made. Hank Green probably follows it because he’s amused.

Even if you don’t think vaccines and autism are related … these are some staggering numbers!
YES THESE NUMBERS ARE STAGGERING I WOULD ALSO POSIT THAT HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THESE IMAGES AND TEXT ALSO
Reposted for commentary/images. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
We are seeing a resurgence in polio, a disease which can paralyze victims (most of whom are children) in a multitude of ways, because people are not getting the vaccination. This is a disease without cure that we had hope of wiping out entirely! If you are so privileged as to live in a nation where such a thing is readily available at little to no cost to you, why in the world would you turn your back on it?
Some day herd immunity (a person being immune to a disease only because everyone around them is immune) will not be enough. We are already seeing a Mumps resurgence in the United States. Stop spreading this fear-mongering unscientific drivel, because all you’re doing is putting more children at risk.
As a “crunchy” mom it’s quite controversial that I vaccinate my kid. But if you base your decisions on things like ^^^, I severely question your judgement.

♔A Queen of Infinite Space♔: literanerd: tenshiko replied to your post: This is why this whole...
looooool. On the up-side I don’t remember any potential avenues for them to add slut-shaming to Anne’s story? Also RK has announced she is not…
Ruby Gillis dying is not slut shaming. It is just one of the many life morals taught in every chapter of the books: live fast, die young. If you go out and drink every night, and don’t treat your body right, you can still have a radiant soul and die young… unable to live out the rest of your life and fulfill all of the conventional dreams you may have had. It had nothing to do with how many ~beaus~ she had… she didn’t die of an STD… The series is a masterpiece, ok? Bite me.

Dude, for the record, clearly you misunderstood the context of this discussion. I never said that Ruby Gillis’s death was slut shaming. I was saying that given the LBD writers’ record on such matters, they would *use* her death as an opportunity to slut shame.
You don’t have to tell me that AoGG is a masterpiece. Without a doubt, the series defined my childhood and me as a reader. So, yeah. Thanks for your intelligent addition to the conversation.

Oh, I will take that bait, madam. I will swallow the whole damn fishing rod.
I’ll freely admit I’ve defended some of the things Rachel Kiley has said and done, but this is straight-up bullshit. It’s not “acknowledging plot holes,” it’s making a joke out of blaming a female character for failing to see abuse that the narrative STILL has not acknowledged even happened. It’s more painting Lydia as the poor victim who just needed saving if only people had been paying attention. It’s gross, and it’s unacceptable, and it was a seriously bad move on RK’s part. And pointing this out does not make anyone a “hater.”
Did RK learn nothing from the last time she pulled this bullshit?
Girlfriend. You aren’t being ~snarky~. You’re being unprofessional, rude, and you’re painting yourself an idiot.

Aaaaaand I’m crying. *whines* guyssss. No more Dizzie. That’s it. We’re done.
Okay, so I was wrong. The 0.1% won out. That’s disappointing.
